A large dish painted in blue on a pale bluish glaze with an edge-to-edge view of Vauxhall Gardens, taken from 'A View of the Grand South Walk in Vaux Hall Gardens', an engraving by J.S. Mueller after Canaletto (published 1751). The scene features a tree-lined avenue ending in a temple, a domed rotunda on the right, four fashionably-dressed figures in the foreground. Buff body.
