Greyish body. Shouldered form with short wide neck and two twisted handles on the shoulder; domed cover with bird finial.
Applied and painted decoration in onglaze coloured enamels: below each handle is a festoon of applied flowers extending down to base with small flowers at each terminal and two large flowers on the shoulder between the handles. Two large painted flower sprays, one with yellow/pink chrysanthemum and purple iris, the other with a pink rose, etc.; two painted flower sprigs below each green-painted handle. The cover has a bird finial standing among applied flowers and painted flower sprays and single leaves.
