Hunting jug.
Shouldered form, wide cylindrical neck, shallow lip; wide moulded strap handle.
Incised turning around neck. Applied slips: below lip a large square slip with tavern scene - men seated around a table with punch bowl; two rows of smaller slips: tree, house, house, tree; man on horseback, hounds, stag.
Buff base, freckled brown dip.
Stamped 'Thomas Keys // 1786'.
