Rectangular, straight-sided body with a projecting top and base and raised on four moulded feet.The sides are pierced with small holes on three sides. Flat cover with a rounded grip on one edge which slides through the slot in one side. The interior is divided into six compartments.
Painted in coloured enamels - orange/red, pink yellow, green, blue, black; on the long sides and the cover, large flower sprays with pink roses, red/yellow chrysanthemums, etc., on the cover and one side a tulip; on the short sides, smaller sprays, one with large tulip. Top and bottom edges are painted orange, with orange detailing on feet and edge of the cover grip.
