knife and sheath (Weapon)

Knife with carved ivory handle and wooden & ivory sheath. Written on one side of the handle is; "From Richard Smith Surgeon 1836". On the ivory side of the handle is written; "The gift of Mr. Richard Smith Surgeon 1836". On the top of the handle is a carved elephant. 2 upright crocodiles stand underneath it. On the ivory side of the sheath are 2 horizontal crocodiles, facing towards each other.
