Circular plate painted in manganese and blue on a white glaze. In the centre, the figure of Justice holding scales and a sword tramples on a chained man holding a placard inscribed ' Place / men '; within an arch formed by garlanded columns and two cupids blowing trumpets; legend ' Libertas Populi ' in arch head. The border of manganese powder ground with a trail of leaves, flowers, grapes, veined in blue. Britton shape F.
