Sides taper in from wide, rounded base above footrim; shaped rim edge with pulled-out lip; scroll-moulded pulled-up loop handle; panels on sides of jug formed by entwined meander moulding, shell and gillyflower moulding at top, gillyflower and scrolls at bottom, outside of lip shell-moulded.
Creamy-yellow glaze on outside, the mouldings picked out in green. Gilt rim edge.
