Cylindrical body with sloped everted rim, plain square-section handle with concave top and bottom pieces forming points at each end of straight upright. Cover swoops up to narrow neck topped by disc knop.
White earthenware body with clear glaze. Printed in red, gold, blue-green with a black ground reserving details in white, with all-over design: two repeats of domed buildings with columns, withn crescent finials; between buildings, a squat pillar supporting a crowned roundel below five short uprights topped by red dots below a white-spoked roundel. spout and handle left white; cover glazed matt black.
