Rower from a funeral boat, broken off at the waist. The arms would have been attached by wooden pegs but are now held by glue. His face, torso and arms are red-brown, except for the belly where the paint has come off. His features and wig are black. There is a hole through his belly. The oar has a pointed blade and a rounded shaft.
