From old record card: 'Bell Height 9.5 cm,. Length of strap approx 80 cm and joined by a leather thong. Cattle bell made from ocally smelted iron bent into the rquired shape, in the form of connected leaves. The clapper, also of iron, is attached to the base of the bell by means of a link.'
