Vase, meiping ('plum vase'), porcelain, raised slip on biscuit enamel decoration, cobalt blue, turquoise and yellow (fahua technique). Large peony flower and chrysanthemum under alternating conch shells and ruyi clouds, beaded garlandswith suspended tassels with lozenge or round tops. Original cover now lost. Probably used to store alcoholic drink.
