Deep bowl made of porcelain, decorated with overglaze and on-biscuit green enamel depicting five-clawed dragons amongst waves (two on the outside of the bowl, one on the inside prancing on its forelegs amongst ruyi clouds). The biscuit areas were incised before applying enamel decoration. The base bears an authentic six-character reign mark of the Zhengde emperor in a double ring in underglaze blue.
